Southern Dunes (shown on the map as a Red Star near the bottom) is located on Highway 27, just minutes from the Interstate 4 (Exit Number 55) and the 192. Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (45 minutes) and Northeast to the center of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 45 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes). The Atlantic coast can be reached in under 70 minutes.

You will be within minutes of the nearest bank, 24 hour hypermarket, local bars and restaurants, while a whole host of shops, diners, and attractions are closeby. Walt Disney World is just 20 minutes away and the majority of Orlando's premier Theme and Water Parks are within 20- 40 minutes drive of our villa. 

Apart from the on-site Southern Dunes golf course, there are many other quality courses with-in 30 minutes drive which cater for every level of golfer including Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate.
